Job Description
Leads the Monitoring and Evaluation function for the BRMM project, designing and implementing M&E plans, tools and quality assurance processes. Provides technical guidance to field missions, ensuring data collection aligns with results frameworks and donor reporting requirements. Analyzes monitoring data to track progress, identify gaps and inform programme decisions. Prepares evidence‑based reports for donors and senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field
- Master’s degree (MBA/MSc/MA) preferred
- • Minimum 4–6 years experience in monitoring and evaluation or data analysis
- • Strong communication and coordination skills
- • Excellent analytical and report‑writing abilities
- • Proven ability to guide teams on data quality and M&E integration

- • Develop, update and implement the project M&E plan and results framework
- • Design data collection tools and quality assurance mechanisms
- • Provide technical M&E support and guidance to implementing missions
- • Lead data collection, consolidation, analysis and reporting for project indicators
- • Ensure data quality and accurate reflection of M&E plans in mission‑level action plans
- • Produce donor, biannual and annual reports aligned with results frameworks
