Job Description
The Programme Technical Advisor offers expert guidance to strengthen programme implementation across Eastern Africa. They develop technical solutions, oversee monitoring and evaluation, and build the capacity of field teams. The position also ensures alignment with organisational standards and donor requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, International Relations or related field
- • Minimum 5 years experience in programme technical advisory roles
- • Proven expertise in implementing development projects in East Africa
- • Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills
- • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
