Job Description
The Programs and Advocacy Manager leads the design and implementation of policy‑focused programs, coordinating advocacy initiatives at national and regional levels. They oversee stakeholder engagement, monitor program performance, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The role requires strong strategic planning, leadership, and partnership‑building skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Project Management, Sociology or a related field
- • Minimum five years of relevant experience, including three years in a senior management position
- • Proven ability to lead strategic planning and manage complex projects
- • Excellent communication, leadership and partnership‑building abilities

- • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, NGOs and other stakeholders to influence policy outcomes
