Job Description
The Project Associate at Regen Organics coordinates field trials and pilots that test innovative ag‑tech solutions. Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field
- • Minimum 2 years of work experience
- • Fluency in Swahili and English
- • Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Set up and manage pilots and trials from inception to completion
- • Recruit and coordinate with host sites and participants according to trial criteria
- • Monitor active sites throughout the project cycle and flag any issues
- • Coordinate product and input availability with local distributors and partners
- • Collect and analyse data, identify trends and produce clear reports
- • Contribute insights on new measurement methodologies and technology‑enabled tools
- • Travel to rural farming areas and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
