• check_circle • Bachelor’s degree in Disaster Risk Management, International Development, Project Management, Humanitarian Action, Development Studies, Climate Change, Natural Resources Management, Social Sciences, Public Health or related field
• check_circle • Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in project or programme coordination/management, preferably in humanitarian or disaster risk reduction contexts
• check_circle • Demonstrated experience managing institutional donor grants, especially with German donors such as BMZ and GFFO
• check_circle • Strong practical knowledge of grant management, monitoring & evaluation and reporting

• arrow_right • Coordinate implementation of the BEACON Omo‑Turkana project, ensuring activities align with project objectives
• arrow_right • Provide day‑to‑day leadership, monitoring and reporting on project progress
• arrow_right • Manage institutional donor grants, including budgeting, reporting and compliance
• arrow_right • Facilitate communication and coordination among SoH Kenya, Ethiopia teams, German donors and local partners
• arrow_right • Oversee documentation, learning and knowledge‑sharing activities
• arrow_right • Support procurement, logistics and financial management as required
