Job Description
The Project Coordinator (Consultant) will support EngenderHealth’s AI‑enabled blended learning project, coordinating activities across three counties, monitoring progress, and documenting outcomes to inform future health‑sector initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field such as public health, education, or development studies
- • Demonstrated experience in project coordination, monitoring, and evaluation
- • Strong stakeholder‑engagement and communication skills
- • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Plan, coordinate, and implement project activities across three counties
- • Engage with Ministry of Health, county health teams, and other stakeholders
- • Monitor progress against workplans and timelines, providing regular updates
- • Support monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities, including data collection and analysis
- • Document implementation experiences and lessons learned for future scaling
- • Facilitate communication between EngenderHealth teams and local partners
- • Prepare reports, presentations, and other project documentation as required
