Job Description
The Project Director will lead the child development, care, and protection initiative across Kenya, ensuring effective program delivery and impact. This senior role involves strategic planning, managing multidisciplinary teams, and overseeing budgets and partnerships. The director will also ensure compliance with donor requirements and foster sustainable community outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Child Development, International Development, or a related field
- • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing large-scale humanitarian or development projects
- • Proven track record in child protection and care programs
- • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills
- • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting abilities
- • Kenyan national citizenship
