Job Description
The project lead drives the successful delivery of transformation initiatives by creating detailed project plans, budgets, and success metrics. They monitor progress, mitigate risks, and integrate change management activities with senior leadership. Collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders ensures alignment with CARE’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- postgraduate qualification (MBA, MSc, or MA) preferred
- • Relevant experience in project or program management
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Lead project delivery, ensuring objectives are met within approved budget, timeline, and scope
- • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and success metrics aligned with CARE policies
- • Coordinate with FP&A and executive office budget managers to monitor financial performance and address budget risks
- • Track progress against outcomes, facilitate team meetings, identify barriers, and mitigate risks
- • Integrate change management activities with overall project strategy in collaboration with the Senior Global Change Manager
- • Gather inputs from cross‑functional stakeholders to inform implementation planning
