Job Description
The Project Manager at Salix Data leads technical and operational projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant discipline
- • 3–5 years experience in project management or coordination
- • Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- project‑management certification (CAPM, Scrum Master, PMP) is a plus
- • Experience in BPO, data operations, or technology services preferred
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Independently manage internal and external projects from kickoff to completion
- • Develop detailed project plans, task lists, timelines, and resource allocations
- • Coordinate with developers, operations, and other departments to meet deliverables
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, keeping stakeholders informed
- • Monitor milestones, track task progress, and manage risks and issues
- • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- • Ensure consistent delivery standards in a fast‑paced environment
- • Produce project performance metrics, dashboards, and status reports
