Job Description
The Project Manager will lead cross‑functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders on objectives, scope, and timelines while applying Agile methodologies. Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, facilitating communication, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. The role requires strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or professional certificate in a relevant discipline
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management
- • Demonstrated ability to manage projects using Agile and Waterfall approaches
- • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Align project sponsors and stakeholders on objectives, scope, milestones, and timelines
- • Facilitate stakeholder identification and engagement activities
- • Guide the project team in Agile SDLC practices
- • Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Smartsheet
- • Communicate tasks, ownership, and deadlines to team members
- • Utilize MS Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and other tools for collaboration
- • Coordinate and facilitate multi‑department project meetings
- • Act as liaison between project teams and senior management for status updates and issue escalation
- • Track project risks, changes, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
