Job Description
The Project Manager will lead the re‑implementation of Oracle E‑Business Suite modules across finance, supply chain, manufacturing and HR functions. Responsibilities include program governance, scope and risk management, stakeholder coordination, change management, data migration and reporting progress to executives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Finance, Engineering or related field
- • MBA preferred
- • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certification
- • Oracle certification
- • 5+ years of project management experience leading Oracle ERP/EBS implementations in manufacturing
- • Experience across Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse and HR functions

- • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and resources
- • Coordinate business stakeholders, implementation partners and technical teams
- • Lead business process transformation, testing, change management and training
- • Oversee data migration, integrations, cutover and go‑live activities
- • Report progress to executives and steering committees
