Job Description
The Project Manager – Horizon will coordinate day‑to‑day implementation of the Horizon 1000 Kenya project, ensuring activities are delivered on schedule and within budget. The role involves partner and sub‑grantee coordination, stakeholder engagement, and systematic capture of learning for national AI deployment frameworks. Strong project‑management expertise, health‑systems knowledge and digital‑health fluency are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field
- MBA/MSc/MA or professional certificate is a plus
- • Minimum five years of experience in project or program management
- • Demonstrated ability to work with health‑system partners and digital‑health solutions
- • Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills

- • Track budgets, monitor risks and prepare funder reports
- • Manage relationships with partners, sub‑grantees and government stakeholders
