Job Description
The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and monitoring of programmes that support refugee women’s empowerment. The role requires coordinating stakeholders, managing budgets and ensuring timely delivery of project outcomes in line with organisational objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management or a related field
- • Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing development or humanitarian projects
- • Strong communication, negotiation and reporting skills
- • Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural environments

- • Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets for assigned programmes
- • Coordinate with partners, donors and community stakeholders to align activities
- • Monitor progress, track milestones and produce regular status reports

- • Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organisational policies
