Job Description
The Project Manager / Site Supervisor oversees construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards. They coordinate site personnel, subcontractors and suppliers while monitoring progress, costs and health‑safety compliance. Regular reporting keeps stakeholders informed of milestones and any issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Postgraduate Diploma in construction management, civil engineering or a related field
- • Minimum 3 years of experience supervising construction projects (up to 20 years acceptable)
- • Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and safety regulations
- • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities
- • Plan, coordinate and supervise construction projects from commencement to completion
- • Manage daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to the programme
- • Supervise site workers, artisans, subcontractors and other personnel
- • Coordinate contractors, suppliers, consultants, engineers and clients as required
- • Interpret and work with construction drawings, specifications and project requirements
- • Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with standards
- • Organise delivery and use of materials, equipment, labour and other resources
- • Track project costs and ensure efficient resource utilisation
- • Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress against schedules
- • Identify and resolve site issues, delays, defects and other challenges
- • Prepare daily and periodic progress reports and maintain accurate records
- • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and contractual requirements
- • Enforce health and safety procedures on site
