Job Description
The Project Manager leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver large‑scale construction projects from inception through completion. Responsibilities include cost control, budget management, value engineering and ensuring compliance with HSE and Kenyan regulations. Strong stakeholder communication and vendor management are essential for successful project delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- • Minimum 10+ years progressive project management experience on large‑scale building or infrastructure projects
- • Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage high‑value construction portfolios
- • Expertise in all project lifecycle phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing
- • Demonstrated success in cost control, budget management, value engineering and scheduling (MS Project, Primavera P6)
- • Strong vendor management, procurement and contract negotiation skills
- • Thorough knowledge of health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards and Kenyan regulatory compliance
- • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities

- • Develop and maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders
