Job Description
The Project Planning Specialist will develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule for a multi‑project programme, ensuring alignment of timelines, resources and deliverables. Responsibilities include defining work breakdown structures, performing critical‑path analysis and providing recovery plans to keep the programme on track.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
- • Minimum five years of experience in planning and scheduling complex infrastructure programmes.
- • PMP, PMI‑SP or equivalent certification preferred.
- • Fluent French required
- English proficiency desirable.

Responsibilities
- • Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the overall programme.
- • Consolidate individual project schedules into a coherent master plan.
- • Define planning methodologies, work breakdown structures (WBS) and scheduling standards.
- • Create baseline calendars and manage schedule updates based on actual progress.
- • Identify interfaces and dependencies between projects and ensure schedule consistency.
- • Perform critical‑path analysis to highlight critical and near‑critical activities.
- • Analyse float, identify constraints and develop recovery plans.
- • Provide recommendations to mitigate schedule risks and meet contractual deadlines.
- • Plan resource requirements for human, material and equipment needs.
