Job Description

The Property Manager oversees the day‑to‑day operations of assigned real‑estate assets, ensuring they are well‑maintained, secure and compliant. Responsibilities include tenant liaison, budget monitoring, rent collection, and preparing detailed management reports for landlords. The role also drives business development by marketing vacant units and pursuing new management mandates. Strong analytical, negotiation and compliance skills are required to optimize property performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • • Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • • 4–5 years relevant experience in property or facilities management
  • • Proven client and tenant relationship management experience
  • • Experience managing budgets, service charges, expenses and financial reporting
  • • Ability to prepare landlord/property management reports
  • • Demonstrated business development, leasing or sales experience in real estate
  • • Strong understanding of property management operations and landlord‑tenant relations

Responsibilities

  • • Oversee daily management, maintenance, and administration of assigned properties
  • • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate repairs and service providers
  • • Ensure properties are secure, compliant, and meet required standards
  • • Serve as primary contact for tenants, handling queries, complaints, and requests
  • • Manage tenant onboarding, move‑ins, move‑outs, lease renewals and related documentation
  • • Build and maintain professional relationships with tenants, landlords, and suppliers
  • • Prepare and monitor property budgets, operating expenses, and service charge accounts
  • • Track rental payments, follow up on arrears, and maintain accurate financial records
  • • Review property expenses and identify cost‑saving opportunities
  • • Produce monthly or quarterly management reports for landlords
  • • Provide updates on occupancy, rental income, maintenance, and performance
  • • Recommend practical solutions to operational or financial issues
  • • Market vacant properties, conduct viewings, and follow up with prospects
  • • Support lease negotiations, renewals, and conversion of prospects to tenants
  • • Identify and pursue new property management mandates and revenue opportunities
  • • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, leases, and management agreements
  • • Monitor lease expiries, insurance, licenses, and other obligations
  • • Identify property‑related risks and coordinate corrective measures
