Job Description
The Property Sales Executive is responsible for generating and closing property sales in Nairobi, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective marketing and negotiation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum of 2 years experience in property sales or real‑estate brokerage
- • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- • In‑depth knowledge of the Nairobi property market and regulatory environment
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Identify and engage potential property buyers in Nairobi and surrounding areas
- • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
- • Prepare and finalize sales agreements to close transactions
- • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and developers
- • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance
