Job Description
The Property Sales & Rent Collection Officer will manage rental properties, collect rents and follow up with tenants while promoting and marketing available properties. Responsibilities include generating sales and rental leads, arranging viewings, maintaining client relationships and keeping accurate records. The role offers commission on successful business generated and performance‑based earnings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • High school education (Form Four) with post‑secondary training in a relevant field
- • Experience in sales, marketing, property or customer service is an advantage
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
