Job Description
The Protestant Chaplain will provide spiritual counseling, conduct worship services, and support the personal development of youth participants within the National Youth Service program.
Responsibilities
- • Deliver worship services and religious instruction to program participants
- • Offer pastoral counseling and mentorship to individuals and groups
- • Organise and lead faith‑based events, retreats and community outreach activities
- • Collaborate with NYS staff to integrate spiritual support into youth development programs
- • Provide guidance on ethical and moral issues in accordance with Protestant traditions
