Job Description
The Psychiatric Nurse will provide direct mental health care to patients in a clinical setting, administering medications, implementing treatment plans, and offering education and counseling. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and the ability to respond swiftly to psychiatric emergencies. Strong communication and professional conduct are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Certificate in Enrolled Community Health Nursing with a focus on psychiatry and a valid nursing license
- • Experience working in a mental hospital or rehabilitation setting
- • Ability to conduct individual and group counseling professionally
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills
