Job Description
The Public Partnerships Manager leads UNICEF’s engagement with public sector partners to secure flexible resources and advance child‑focused outcomes across the globe. The role involves developing strategic partnerships, providing analytical insights and influencing policy to mobilize funding. Candidates must have eight years of experience in partnership development and strong diplomatic communication skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or equivalent degree
- • Minimum eight years of experience in partnership development, diplomatic negotiation or resource mobilization
- • Proven ability to communicate strategically with senior public sector officials
- • Strong analytical, policy analysis and strategic planning skills

- • Maintain and expand flexible funding streams for UNICEF from public sector partners
- • Lead strategic engagement and negotiations with governments and international agencies
- • Provide analytical insights and evidence‑based recommendations to inform partnership strategies
- • Oversee the public partnerships function and ensure alignment with UNICEF’s objectives
- • Represent UNICEF in high‑level forums and advocate for child rights and resource mobilization
