Job Description
The PYP/IPC Coordinator leads the implementation and oversight of the Primary Years Programme and International Primary Curriculum at the academy, ensuring high‑quality teaching and learning outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree in Education
- • Valid teaching licence or registration
- • Minimum 5 years teaching experience, preferably in primary education
- • Experience with PYP or IPC curriculum implementation
- • Strong leadership and communication skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Coordinate and monitor delivery of PYP and IPC curricula
- • Support teachers with lesson planning, assessment and instructional strategies
- • Organise professional development and training sessions
- • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and curriculum guidelines
- • Liaise with parents and stakeholders to communicate programme objectives
