The QA Engineer will ensure the reliability and accuracy of payroll and benefits administration platforms used by U.S. clients. Responsibilities include designing test plans, executing functional and regression tests, and reporting defects to development teams. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
- • Experience in software quality assurance, preferably in payroll or benefits domains
- • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment

- • Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for payroll and benefits applications
- • Validate system functionality, data integrity and compliance with business rules
- • Identify, document and track defects and work with developers to resolve them
- • Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality‑assurance input
- • Generate test reports and recommend improvements to testing processes
