Job Description
The QA/QC Supervisor will lead quality planning and control for the Silver Hill construction project, ensuring all works meet design specifications and standards. Responsibilities include developing the Project Quality Plan, conducting inspections and managing non‑conformance reports. The role demands extensive construction experience and strong leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in a relevant engineering or construction discipline.
- • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction or infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a senior QA/QC role.
- • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, inspection procedures and testing standards.
- • Excellent leadership, reporting and communication abilities.

Responsibilities
- • Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan in line with ISO 9001 and contract requirements.
- • Prepare Inspection and Test Plans, method statements, checklists and quality forms for each work package.
- • Conduct daily site inspections and testing to verify compliance with drawings and specifications.
- • Oversee material approvals, receiving inspections and sampling of concrete and other materials.
- • Manage the QA/QC team and coordinate non‑conformance reporting and corrective actions.
- • Maintain accurate quality records and ensure timely submission of reports to the client.
