Job Description
The Quality Assurance Intern will support the QA Officer in monitoring performance, reviewing member and staff requests, and generating accountability reports over a three‑month period. The intern will gradually take on independent tasks such as portfolio reviews, meeting facilitation, and follow‑up checks, gaining hands‑on experience in QA processes. This position offers a clear pathway from internship to QA Officer for high‑performing candidates.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or Diploma (any field)
- • No prior professional experience required
- • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the QA team
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Review daily performance metrics and monitor KPI targets
- • Observe and support the QA Officer in handling member and staff requests
- • Produce reports that document compliance and operational accountability
- • Conduct portfolio reviews of assigned staff groups under supervision
- • Facilitate weekly staff meetings, prepare agendas, and gradually lead meeting sections
- • Perform follow‑up check‑ins with team members to ensure action items are completed
- • Shadow the QA Officer, study SOPs, and attend all relevant meetings
- • Analyze interaction logs and request records to understand QA processes
- • Assist in drafting and finalising quality assurance documentation
- • Contribute to continuous improvement suggestions for QA operations
