Job Description
The Quality Control Inspector conducts inspections of raw materials, in‑process production, and finished products to ensure that paint and coating items meet established quality standards. The role records findings, supports corrective actions, and collaborates closely with production and technical teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Laboratory Technology, Quality Control or a related field
- • Minimum 2 years experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in paints or coatings manufacturing
- • Practical knowledge of raw‑material, in‑process and finished‑product inspection methods
- • Ability to conduct sampling, testing and accurate record‑keeping
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality deviations

Responsibilities
- • Inspect incoming raw materials against quality specifications and record results
- • Conduct sampling of raw materials and verify condition, packaging and parameters
- • Perform in‑process inspections at key production stages and monitor product characteristics
- • Identify deviations, report them promptly and support corrective actions
- • Inspect finished products for colour, viscosity, fineness, weight, packaging and overall consistency
- • Document non‑conforming items and maintain accurate QC records
- • Prepare basic quality reports and ensure proper documentation filing
- • Collaborate with production and technical teams to resolve quality issues
