Job Description
The Quantity Surveying Assistant Intern supports the surveying team by preparing cost estimates, assisting with tender documentation, and conducting measurements for construction projects. The role provides practical exposure to cost management processes and helps ensure accurate project budgeting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- • Strong numerical and analytical abilities
- • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic drafting software
- • Good written and verbal communication skills

- • Assist senior quantity surveyors in preparing cost estimates and bills of quantities
- • Support the compilation of tender and procurement documents
