Job Description
The Quantity Surveyor will prepare detailed bills of quantities and cost estimates, conduct site measurements and monitor material usage, and manage quotations and subcontractor payments. They will track project costs, variations and ensure budgets are adhered to while liaising with suppliers, site teams and clients. The role also requires interpreting architectural and technical drawings and providing analytical support throughout construction projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction, or a related field
- • 2–3 years experience in quantity surveying or construction projects
- • Experience in interior fit‑out, joinery, or finishing works (advantage)
- • Strong numerical and analytical skills
- • Ability to read technical and architectural drawings
- • Honesty, organisation and ability to work under pressure
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
