Job Description
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for cost estimation, measurement, and financial control of construction projects for Orient Construction and Interiors. The role includes preparing bills of quantities, managing tender processes, and ensuring accurate cost reporting. The surveyor works closely with project teams to support timely and budget‑compliant delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- • Professional membership with IQSK, BORAQS, or equivalent
- • Minimum 4 years of experience in quantity surveying
- • Proficiency with quantity surveying software and tools
- • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and contracts
- • Excellent numerical, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

- • Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects
- • Conduct tender analysis and assist in contractor selection
- • Monitor project costs and variations throughout the construction phase
