Job Description
The Quantity Surveyor will manage cost estimation, tender analysis, and contract administration for construction projects. They will ensure accurate measurement, budgeting, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- • Professional membership (e.g., IQSK, BORAQS) preferred
- • Minimum 4 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management
- • Strong analytical and negotiation skills

- • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- • Analyse tender documents and evaluate contractor bids
- • Conduct measurements and quantity take‑offs from drawings and specifications
- • Administer contracts, process variations, and certify payments

- • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to control expenses
