The Rapid Response Rider provides emergency roadside assistance to AA Kenya members, including battery jump‑starts, fuel delivery, and basic vehicle troubleshooting. The role demands quick decision‑making, strong customer service, and the ability to work under pressure in various conditions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Valid Kenyan driver’s license with a clean driving record
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and emergency procedures
- • Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills
- • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Perform battery diagnostics and provide jump‑starts or replacements
- • Deliver emergency fuel, coolant, brake fluid, and other essential fluids to members
- • Assist members with minor vehicle issues such as tire changes and lockouts
- • Maintain accurate records of service calls and parts used
- • Ensure safety protocols are followed during all roadside interventions
