The intern will assist the real‑estate and marketing teams in sourcing properties, generating leads, and supporting sales and leasing activities. Responsibilities include digital marketing, client acquisition, and coordinating property viewings. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Currently pursuing or holding a BA/BSc/HND, Diploma, MBA, MSc, MA or Postgraduate Diploma in a relevant field
- • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real‑estate, marketing or related internship
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Commercially minded with a proactive attitude
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment

- • Support property sourcing by identifying and evaluating potential listings
- • Assist in sales and leasing processes, including client outreach and follow‑up
- • Create and manage digital marketing content for property promotions
