Job Description

The Real Estate Sales Manager will lead corporate and project‑based sales of furniture solutions, targeting developers, contractors and interior designers. The role drives business development, manages complex sales cycles, and builds long‑term client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Interior Design or a related field
  • • Minimum 5+ years of proven B2B, corporate or project‑based sales experience
  • • Experience in furniture, real‑estate, construction, interior design or related industries is highly desirable
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage large‑value sales and project‑based sales cycles
  • • Existing relationships within corporate, real‑estate, construction or design ecosystems is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • • Identify and develop new corporate and project sales opportunities across real‑estate and construction sectors
  • • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and projects
  • • Prospect and engage organisations such as developers, property managers, contractors, architects and interior designers
  • • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and margin targets
  • • Generate leads through networking, referrals, events, site visits and tenders
  • • Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations and project solutions
  • • Negotiate contracts and close high‑value sales opportunities
  • • Coordinate with internal teams to develop appropriate furniture solutions and quotations
  • • Follow projects from opportunity through negotiation, order confirmation, delivery and completion
  • • Maintain accurate project pipelines and provide regular sales forecasts
  • • Build long‑term relationships with key corporate and institutional clients
  • • Develop strategic accounts and identify cross‑selling opportunities
  • • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities
  • • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and client meetings
