Job Description
The Recruiter will manage full‑cycle recruitment across Africa, partnering with hiring managers and regional HR to source, assess, and hire candidates for diverse roles. Duties include intake meetings, advanced sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and leveraging data insights to improve hiring processes. A bachelor's degree and five years of recruiting experience are required. The role is remote.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- • Minimum five years of experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably in a multinational or regional environment.
- • Demonstrated ability to source candidates across diverse functional areas and geographies.

- • Manage full life‑cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles across Africa, including permanent, contract, and temporary positions.
- • Build consultative partnerships with hiring managers, regional HR colleagues, and senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with workforce needs.
- • Conduct intake meetings to clarify role requirements, sourcing approaches, and evaluation criteria.
- • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and professional networks to attract active and passive candidates.
- • Review applications, conduct phone screens, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- • Coordinate interview processes, provide interview training, and ensure fair and consistent assessments.
- • Advise hiring managers during debriefs and negotiate offers in partnership with HR and regional teams.
- • Leverage recruitment data and talent market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
