Job Description
The Reels and Content Creator will produce short‑form video content for Bridge Talent Management’s social media channels, crafting engaging reels for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Duties include concept development, filming, editing and publishing, as well as monitoring performance metrics. Creativity and proficiency with editing tools are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree in Media, Communications, Film Production or related field
- • Proven portfolio of short‑form video content demonstrating creativity and technical skill
- • Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- • Strong visual storytelling and understanding of social media trends
- • Ability to work independently and meet tight production deadlines
