Job Description
The Regional Domain Manager – Driver Operations leads Bolt’s driver programmes across several markets, ensuring regional execution of global initiatives. The role coordinates driver acquisition, engagement, rewards and quality programmes while aligning performance with corporate OKRs. It is a remote senior position based in Nairobi.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or equivalent
- • 7+ years’ experience in operations, program management or category ownership
- • Proven ability to lead large‑scale initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- • Strong analytical, strategic planning and communication skills
- • Demonstrated ownership and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments

- • Drive end‑to‑end execution of global driver‑operations initiatives in the region
- • Align regional performance with corporate OKRs and remove operational blockers
- • Provide market insights and feedback to central teams for programme refinement
- • Oversee driver acquisition, engagement, rewards, quality and community programmes
- • Manage relationships with senior leadership and cross‑functional partners
- • Monitor regional KPIs and ensure delivery of targets
