Job Description
The Regional Finance Controller provides financial oversight, governance, and capacity‑building support to country offices and implementing partners across West and East Africa. They work closely with senior leadership to strengthen financial management, ensure donor compliance, and improve internal controls. The role also involves mentoring finance teams, assessing performance, and mitigating financial risks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- • Professional finance certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) or equivalent
- • Demonstrated experience in finance or accounting within NGOs or international development
- • Strong analytical and communication skills
- • Fluency in English
- French proficiency is an asset
