Job Description
The regional financial advisor will support the Prosper Blue SWIOP‑Invest project by providing financial analysis and guidance across the Western Indian Ocean region. The role involves engaging stakeholders, assessing investment opportunities, and advising on financial strategies to promote sustainable development. Candidates should have a strong background in finance and experience working in multi‑country projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline
- • At least 4 years experience in financial advisory or investment analysis
- • Familiarity with the Western Indian Ocean region and development projects
- • Excellent analytical, reporting and stakeholder communication skills

Responsibilities
- • Conduct financial analysis and modeling for investment projects in the WIO region
- • Advise on financial strategies to support sustainable development initiatives
- • Engage with government, private sector and donor stakeholders to align objectives
- • Prepare reports and presentations for project partners and funders
- • Monitor project financial performance and recommend corrective actions
