Job Description
The Regional IT Lead will oversee ICT systems across Uganda, Malawi and South Sudan, ensuring reliable support for life assurance, general insurance, and medical business units. The role involves managing regional projects, vendor relationships and implementing IT policies. Leadership and extensive IT experience in the insurance sector are required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- • Minimum 5 years of IT management experience, preferably in insurance
- • Proven leadership and project management abilities
- • Strong knowledge of insurance software and network infrastructure

- • Coordinate and manage ICT business systems across multiple countries
- • Ensure availability and performance of core insurance applications
- • Lead regional IT projects and system implementations
