Job Description
The Regional Professionalized Services Operations Manager will lead and coordinate service delivery across the assigned region for Water Mission, ensuring programs are implemented efficiently and align with organizational standards. The role includes staff supervision, budget management, and partnership liaison. Candidates should have strong operational expertise in the non‑profit water sector.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, Water Resources, or a related field
- • At least 5 years experience in operations management, preferably within the non‑profit or water sector
- • Strong leadership, planning, and analytical abilities
- • Proven experience in budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills
