Job Description
The Regional Relationship Manager for Biashara Banking will oversee business development across the North‑Eastern region, driving customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and asset growth. The manager will monitor loan quality, mentor branch staff, and ensure compliance with policies while identifying investment and insurance opportunities. Leadership, coaching, and strong analytical abilities are essential to achieve regional targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum six years’ experience as a Relationship Supervisor in Business/Biashara Banking
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline
- • Proven ability to lead teams, coach staff, and manage complex banking operations

- • Coordinate regional business activities to meet bank strategies and objectives
- • Drive customer recruitment, deposit mobilization, and asset growth in the North‑Eastern region
- • Identify investment and insurance opportunities for corporate and SME clients
- • Monitor loan origination, conduct daily loan sampling, and address malpractices
- • Manage arrears, engage with staff on delinquency issues, and ensure policy compliance
- • Provide training, mentorship, and coaching to branch staff and credit committees
- • Oversee quality management of loans and support implementation of segment strategy
