The Relationship Executive will manage the retail renewal portfolio for AAR Insurance, ensuring high service standards and driving revenue growth. Key duties include member onboarding, handling inquiries, generating performance reports, and coordinating claim reimbursements. The role also focuses on member engagement through calls and surveys to maintain satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field
- • Experience in insurance or financial services, preferably in renewal management
- • Strong reporting and analytical abilities
- • Excellent customer‑service and communication skills
- • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets

- • Manage the retail renewal process for assigned insurance portfolio
- • Oversee member onboarding, additions and deletions in collaboration with membership team
- • Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly
- • Generate utilization, performance and member‑statement reports
- • Coordinate claim reimbursements with the claims department
- • Conduct member engagement activities such as courtesy calls and satisfaction surveys
- • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates to clients
