Job Description
The Relationship Executive serves as the primary point of contact for intermediaries and clients, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience while managing a portfolio of insurance schemes. The role involves gathering market intelligence, supporting premium collection, and controlling costs to meet profitability targets. It also requires collaboration with internal departments to deliver service charter commitments and drive retention of existing business.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) and relevant professional certificate
- • 2–3 years experience in the insurance industry, preferably in client servicing
- • Proven ability to handle SME and corporate client portfolios
- • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- • Excellent negotiation and report‑writing abilities

- • Manage end‑to‑end relationships with intermediaries and clients for assigned insurance schemes
- • Deliver superior customer experience and address client and broker inquiries promptly
- • Track and report on service charter metrics to meet NPS and NES targets
- • Contribute to portfolio growth through profitable retention and renewal pricing
- • Provide accurate market intelligence for tender and renewal business
- • Control costs and implement cost‑reduction measures for under‑performing schemes
- • Support excess, undertakings, and premium collection processes
- • Follow all established processes, procedures and controls
