Job Description
The Relationship Manager for the Public Sector will implement sector strategies, achieve growth targets, and deliver customized financial solutions to public‑sector clients. The role requires deep knowledge of client businesses, cross‑selling of banking products, and strong stakeholder management to drive revenue and profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) or equivalent professional certificate

- • Implement sector strategy in line with overall business goals
- • Achieve annual growth targets for revenue, fees, profit, assets and customer numbers
- • Develop and deliver innovative financial solutions tailored to public‑sector clients
- • Build and maintain in‑depth knowledge of client strategies, performance and industry trends
- • Execute client deals and coordinate sales growth with product and bancassurance partners
- • Cross‑sell existing and new banking products to clients
- • Manage margins to maintain a healthy balance between the balance sheet and income statement
