The Relationship Manager – SME Banking builds and maintains relationships with small and medium‑enterprise clients, providing banking solutions that drive revenue and portfolio growth while managing risk.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or equivalent degree
- • Experience in SME or corporate banking
- • Strong relationship management and sales skills

- • Develop and grow a portfolio of SME clients across assigned territories
- • Cross‑sell banking products such as loans, cash management, trade finance and wealth services
- • Conduct credit assessments and monitor portfolio quality to ensure compliance
- • Provide advisory support to clients on financial planning and business development
- • Maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and satisfaction
- • Ensure adherence to operational risk and regulatory standards
