Job Description
The Relationship Manager will grow the corporate banking portfolio by acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships and expanding trade finance services. The role focuses on credit portfolio quality, profitability and cross‑selling of banking products.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND)
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- • Minimum 7 years of banking experience, including at least 3 years in corporate banking
- • Strong knowledge of credit analysis, trade finance and risk management

Responsibilities
- • Drive growth of corporate assets, liabilities and off‑balance‑sheet exposures
- • Expand product usage and cross‑sell banking solutions to corporate clients
- • Develop trade finance and regional business with importers/exporters
- • Manage corporate credit portfolio within risk thresholds
- • Identify and acquire new profitable corporate customers
- • Maintain regular contact with key accounts and conduct relationship visits
