Job Description
The Relationship Officer builds and maintains relationships with members and prospects, converting interest into active accounts while achieving sales targets. The role involves proactive outreach, effective communication, and delivering tailored financial solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum 4 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in financial services
- • Strong phone communication and objection‑handling skills
- • Ability to meet and exceed performance targets
- • BA/BSc/HND or equivalent qualification
