Job Description
The Renewals and Collections Officer will manage contract renewals and oversee collection activities for vehicle tracking services, ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong client relationships across individual and corporate accounts.
Responsibilities
- • Process contract renewals and communicate terms to clients
- • Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate collection efforts
- • Maintain accurate records of renewals, payments, and client communications
