Job Description
The Foreign Exchange Sales Manager develops and implements the bank’s FX sales strategy aligned with treasury objectives and overall business plans. They lead a team to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and monitor market trends. The role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and delivers performance targets. Reporting to senior treasury leadership, the manager contributes to the bank’s profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field
- • Minimum 4 years experience in foreign exchange sales or treasury
- • Strong understanding of FX products and market dynamics
- • Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills
